TERMS OF USE

Hacking Issues

Section 1(a): Hacking of any sort will get you kicked off the BETA access. This is why it isn’t a paid access yet because it is much easier to just remove the humanoid who caused it. If you see any suspicious activity on server, please notify me via message with a link that contains video or screenshot. If you message me please tell me who that hacker was and who took place in suspicious activity.

Section 1(b): What will happen to the server when the hacker is on server, and the person messaged me who it was and the people along him in the server, I will ask the people who witnessed it to tell me what they saw from their prospective. They also have to tell who was on the server because I don’t want the wrong names.

Section 1(c): What will happen if you are sending me false information to make it look like it was the guy you told me? I will ban that person from the server. Any misspelled names and such when message me will also be suspended due to the fact if you purposely misspelled it or not.

Section 1(d): We took care of the situation, but what happens to the server? I will shut down the server so no one can see the server that was hacked.

Game Issues

Section 2(a): Any game issues?Please report them immediately. Who do you report them to?  You report them to user RobloxTimelapser so he can fix the issue.

Section 2(b): If I tell you it cannot be fixed and you keep messaging me about it, action of suspension will be held. Keep happening, I will take the action to ban you from the BETA.

Section 2(c): I am having performance issues, what do I do? If this happens please set your graphics under “Game Menu”, under Game “Settings” to “Low.” Still? We’ll this is an issue I cannot help you with other than the details I just gave you.

Feedback

Section 3(a): If you have feedback, please leave it in the comments under Townbloxia. If you don’t want to leave a comment, then private message me. Still want to give me feedback not using those two options, you can invite me to a party. If you invite me to a party, I will not join you in any game nor will I follow you.

Section 3(b): Any feedback given to me has to be constructive criticism or something you liked about it. Anything else, like saying,”Your game sucks,” or “Free Modeled,” will be needed to be backed up with evidence. If it is not it will be ignored.

Copyright Infringement

Section 4(a): Any form of plagiarism will get you kicked of the game forever. This is worse than hacking. This is because I don’t want someone to make my game uncopylocked somehow and making it their own and possibly make it to the front page when the contents of their place do not belong to you.

Section 4(b): If a game does not have this link: http://www.roblox.com/Townbloxia-Closed-

Beta-place?id=136341835 is fake. Unless I moved it to a new place I will say so on this Terms of Use.

Section 4(c): What if you found the game that is copied, what do you do? You tell RobloxTimelapser the person who copied and the evidence by showing me the link.

Game Description

Section 5(a): The game description will contain updates as well as the actual description of the game. By “actual description” I mean telling you guys, the players, what the game is about.

Section 5(b): This will contain the Terms of Use link in the description. Not only that but feature all players who are invited to the BETA in the description.
